New: Kumquat, a unique flavour and texture 

Our new frozen kumquat puree with no added sugar embodies Les vergers Boiron's expertise in creating original, authentic and flavourful products. By including both the flesh and the rind of the fruit in this puree, Les vergers Boiron has unlocked the full aromatic power of this unique fruit. Les vergers Boiron sources Nagami kumquats, grown in Andalusia by a certified organic family farm. The puree is characterized by its bright orange colour, with visible specks of rind that contribute to its flavour and texture. On the palate, it reveals a strong aromatic intensity with just the right balance of sweetness and bitterness. With notes of zest and other citrus fruits such as orange and grapefruit, it is an ideal fruit solution for a wide range of applications, such as preserves, cremeux and mousse.

 

An ambient range made for bartenders

Les vergers Boiron will reintroduce its ambient fruit puree range, made for the most discerning beverage professionals with new packaging and features tailored to the needs of mixologists and bartenders. Made without added sugars or added flavours, this range offers essential flavours carefully crafted from fresh fruit for use in cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. Easily stored and ready for use, our ambient range guarantees consistent quality all year round in a convenient package.

In 2025, the range will be extended with two new flavours: white peach (launching in January 2025) and blood orange (launching in April 2025), in addition to our existing flavours of passion fruit, pineapple, raspberry, mango and a new formulation for strawberry.
