Exhibitor FAQ

Onsite Operational matters

ICE

Ice cubes and crushed ice (only given upon request), will be provided free of charge onsite.

WATER

Complimentary water dispenser will be made available throughout the exhibition hall.

TASTING CUPS

Disposable paper cups (2oz and 8oz) are available for all exhibitors onsite. Distribution details will be provided as part of the onsite Exhibitor Kit. Exhibitors may also choose to bring their own disposal tasting cups.

GLASSWARE

Glassware can be ordered from our official vendor Sands Expo & Convention Centre. Kindly email to [email protected]

For logistical reasons, bringing of your own glassware is highly NOT recommended by the Organiser. The Organiser will not accept responsibility for theft, loss or damage of Exhibitor’s own glassware. Should you wish to do so, please inform your Customer Success PIC of the arrangement. 

We do not provide fridges, but you may order directly through our Official Contractor, Kingsmen. Do note that an additional power socket is to be ordered alongside the fridge.

Yes, there will be washing point for Exhibitors to wash the utensils and garnishes.

Yes, there will be internet connectivity onsite by the venue. Do note that the connectivity is mainly to service basic internet browsing and emails usage.

Should you require a stronger connectivity, you may bring in your own portable wi-fi router and sim card or purchase an internet dropline from the venue. 

On 1 and 2 Mar (build-up days), they can request for a wrist band from the security guards to access the exhibition hall.

Kindly be reminded to share the build-up days’ vehicle pass with your vendors to allow them to enter the venue’s loading and unloading bay. 

The fulfilment team will be sending you the vehicle passes, closer to the show days. Alternatively, you may request for it from the exhibitor registration counter during the build-up and show days.

Exhibitor nominated contractors may apply for complimentary contractor passes valid for the build-up and tear-down period only through the Organiser’s Operations team.

If a stand contractor has a valid reason to be present during the Exhibition period too (e.g. maintenance or remedial purposes), one complimentary pass per exhibitor stand may be issued. Extra passes will be charged at S$40 (before GST) per pass and S$44 (nett) per pass for advance and on-site order respectively. The Organiser reserves the right to disallow any contractor using Exhibitor or Visitor passes into the Exhibition. 

Please refer to this map for the Loading/Unloading Bay location. Please note that there is no parking allowed and you will have to “drop-and-go”. 


Booth set up

There is one electrical 13-amp power point provided for the One Brand Stand and Portfolio Stand. Should Exhibitors require additional electrical/Power Point, please contact Kingsmen.

You may bring in your own LED TV. The side walls are system panels which may not support your screen. You are not allowed to drill the wall mount on the system panels.

Please highlight to Kingsmen on where you would like to mount your own LED TV. 

Sale of products are not allowed on-site; drinks are purely for sampling only. 

Please inform us beforehand if you would like to have food that is to be served to the public.


Exhibitor Kit

Exhibitors first need to register their passes through the exhibitor portal – badge manager.

The number of Exhibitor Passes are allocated based on your booth size. These are meant for staff working/manning the booths. Should you require more, please reach out to your Customer Success PIC for additional request. Exhibitors’ staff who are not manning the booths are advised to purchase a visitor ticket.

When you arrive at the venue, please approach the BCB Registration counter to collect your Exhibitor kit. The counters are located outside of the exhibition hall.

Opening hours: 

2 Mar (Build-up Day): 8am – 10pm

3 Mar: 9am – 7:30pm

4 Mar: 10am – 10pm

Once you have collected your Exhibitor passes, you may enter the halls to complete your booth setup. Please always wear your pass from 2 Mar to 4 Mar.

Kindly ensure that all booth payments have been processed no later than 28 February 2025. We would like to respectfully remind all exhibitors that the exhibitor kit (inclusive of exhibitor passes) will only be issued upon full payment. 

Your company may send a representative to collect your company’s exhibitor kit. To ensure the validity, our onsite Registration team may request for your company name card for verification. If you are exhibiting under a pavilion, and the pavilion organizer is collecting on everyone’s behalf, please be reminded to share this information to the pavilion organizer too.  

Kindly be reminded that one will not be able to enter the exhibition hall without their pass.

Visitor Passes

Each exhibitor is entitled to complimentary visitor tickets, and the quantity is allocated based on the booth size. You may find the complimentary visitor ticket invitation link in your exhibitor profile. Kindly forward the link to your visitors.

Once registered, they will receive a confirmation email with a QR code, from us. Visitor will use this QR code to scan and print their Visitor Pass onsite.

You may also purchase discounted Visitor Passes for your clients. Please reach out to us if you have such requirements.

 

Yes, there is a verification process for all visitor registrations.


Dress Code

BCB Singapore is a trade event. Please dress in a “no coat, no tie” business attire, and come in comfortable shoes (no slippers).

Kindly note that shorts/Bermudas/singlets/slippers are not accepted. Should registrants come in an attire that is deemed inappropriate, the organizer reserves the right to decline them entry into the exhibition hall.
