Onsite Operational matters

ICE

Ice cubes and crushed ice will be provided free of charge. They will be place in ice chests at various locations within the exhibition hall and will be sign posted. Exhibitors requiring any other types of ice may contact the official supplier for a quotation:

MIXER

Fever Tree is the Official Mixer Sponsor for the event. Each exhibitor has been allocated a set quantity of free of charge stock, which can be ordered directly via their distributor, Octopus Distribution Networks Pte Ltd. For further details and to discuss your requirements, please contact:

WATER

Complimentary water dispenser will be made available throughout the exhibition hall.

 

TASTING CUPS

Disposable paper cups (2oz and 8oz) are available for all exhibitors. Exhibitors may bring their own disposal tasting cups. Wastepaper bins will be provided for within each stand, trash bins will be placed discreetly along the exhibition halls, and the Organiser will arrange for cleaners to clear the booth wastepaper bins periodically throughout the exhibition days.

 

GLASSWARE

Steward Solutions is the sole provider of glassware for the event, and rental cost includes washing services.  All exhibitors must place their glassware rental orders via Service Form 9 and are not allowed to bring their own glassware to the venue.

Yes, there will be separate washing point for Exhibitors to utilise. It will be sign posted.

For the rented glassware by Steward Solutions, exhibitors may return the rack of the soiled glassware to their dedicated washing counter for washing. The washing service will be on a first come first serve basis thus please plan for some waiting time.

No, as the sink needs to be connected to water inlet and outlet, which require feasibility check and installation by the venue’s appointed contractor. 

Internet hotspot will be available at certain areas of the exhibition halls like Recharge Lounge.

We recommend for you to bring along your own portable router inserted with a SIM card. 

On 4 and 5 Nov (build-up days), they can request for a wrist band from the security guards to access the exhibition hall. .

Do remember to share the build-up days’ parking label with your vendors so that they can enter the loading/unloading bay. 

Where a stand contractor has a valid reason to be present during the Exhibition period (e.g. maintenance or remedial purposes), one complimentary pass per stand may be issued to each exhibitor’s nominated contractor. Extra pass will be charged at S$40 (before GST) per pass. Please contact FOONG Yih Kae at [email protected]. The organiser reserves the right to disallow any contractor using Exhibitor or Visitor passes into the exhibition. 

Please refer to this map  for the Loading/Unloading Bay location. Please note that there is no parking allowed and you will have to “drop-and-go” to avoid cause traffic congestion at the areas. 


Booth set up

There is one electrical 13.amp power point in One Brand Stand and Portfolio Stand. However, do note that no extension cord is allowed. Exhibitors are advised to plan and order additional the electrical/power point early to avoid surcharge.

You may bring in your own LED TV. The side walls are system panels which may not support your screen. You are not allowed to drill the wall mount on the system panels.

We do not provide refrigerator. You may order the refrigerator from our contractor using Service Form 4. The refrigerator must be placed within your booth.

Note that you will need to order additional power point/power socket for the refrigerator. 

Sale of products are not allowed on-site, drinks are purely for sampling only.  

Serving of cold canapes is allowed within the booth. Please ensure that the caterer you order from, holds a valid Outdoor Catering License to ensure that the food is prepared and served strictly following the food safety and hygiene standards. There should be no food preparation taking place at the venue itself.


Exhibitor Kit

Exhibitor needs to first register your booth personnel through the Exhibitor Registration link that we have created for each of the exhibitor. Please reach out to Shara at [email protected] if you cannot find that link. 

The number of Exhibitor Passes are allocated based on your booth size. These are meant for staff working/manning the booths. Additional Pass is chargeable at $30 per piece. Exhibitors’ staff who are not manning the booths are advised to purchase a ticket at https://au.eventscloud.com/ereg/newreg.php?eventid=100228166&source=website.

If you are inviting a bartender to do a Guest Shift at your booth, you will also be required to submit his/her details for a “Guest Bartender” Pass. Please remember to submit the bar’s name instead of your company name and indicate that his is a Guest Bartender in the Exhibitor Registration link provided to you.

When you arrive at the venue, please approach the Exhibitor Registration counter to collect your exhibitor pass which is part of your exhibitor kit. The counters are located next to the entrance. Opening hours are: 

5 Nov: 9am – 6.00pm 

6 Nov: 10am – 6.30pm 

 

Once you have collected your Exhibitor passes, you may enter the halls to complete your booth setup. Please always wear your pass from 5 Nov to 7 Nov.

Please kindly ensure that all booth payments have been processed no later than 31 October 2023. We would like to respectfully remind all exhibitors that the exhibitor kit, inclusive of all event passes, will only be issued upon full payment. 

Every company may send one (1x) representative to collect your company’s exhibitor kit on behalf. To ensure the validity, our onsite Registration team may request for your company name card for verification. If you are exhibiting under a pavilion, do share this information as well.

Parking

Yes, parking is free at Pasir Panjang Power Station for Exhibitors.

However, due to limited parking spaces, Parking Labels will be issued. There will be 2 types of parking labels:

Build-up Days Parking Label:

· We will be emailing you by end of Oct. You will need to print it out and hand it over to the security guard when you enter the venue.

Onsite Parking Label:

· This can be requested from the Registration Counter on 5 Nov when you collect your Exhibitor Kit should you be driving to the venue during the event days (6-7 Nov). The Onsite Parking Label will be issue on a need-to basis. First come first served. 

No, the parking spaces are strictly for Exhibitors only. Visitors are advised to take public transport or park off-site:

  • If you are taking a taxi, the address is 27 Pasir Panjang Road, Singapore 117537
  • Nearest MRT Station is Labrador Park MRT Station
  • Complimentary shuttle bus service will be provided on 6-7 November, from 9am – 7.30pm. Pick-up and drop-off point is at Labrador Park MRT Station Exit A
  • Nearest Parking is at Mapletree Business City or Alexandra Retail Centre, which is approx.. 7-10min walk to the even venue

Visitor Passes

Each exhibitor is entitled to some free tickets to invite your clients, according to your booth size. You would have received the “Promo codes” from us, which you can send out to your clients. Your clients should register online themselves.

Once they are registered, they will receive a confirmation email from us, with a QR code. Visitor will use this QR code to scan and print their Visitor Pass to enter the hall.

If you have not received your “Promo codes” please reach out to Shara at [email protected] immediately. These “Promo codes” will expire by 30 October 2023.

You can also purchase discounted Visitor Passes for your clients. Please reach out to us if you have such requirements.

BCB Singapore is a ticketed event, and open to Trade Professionals from the industry only. A visitor can purchase his ticket from:- https://au.eventscloud.com/ereg/newreg.php?eventid=100228166&source=website.

Please note that there is a verification process for all visitor registration.

Visitors must be 18 years old and above, on the day of the event to be eligible to attend BCB Singapore.

Dress Code

BCB Singapore is a trade event. We recommend that all attendees dress for comfort and wear practical clothing. This means light materials, single layers (no shorts and singlet), and comfortable shoes (no slipper). Forego your inner fashionista and opt for practicality. It’s time to roll our sleeves up and get down to business.

Bermudas are acceptable. 


Meals

Yes, there is a cafeteria in the exhibition hall.

Yes. You will find the relevant information in the Exhibitor Kit. Should you need any assistance, please feel free to approach the Helpdesk at the registration area. 


Marketing matters

Digital incentive or Digital Gift Bag is way to help exhibitors generate leads and traffic to your booth. You should provide an attract offer (such as free gift, lucky draw, sampling) to attract visitors to your booth.

Visitor will be sent the link or QR to view the incentives. When he adds your offer to his bag, you will be able to see the leads in the Exhibitor Dashboard.
