Angel Ji opens Kuala Lumpur’s sustainability driven Bar Triptyk

One of Malaysia's latest bars with an emphasis on sustainability is part of Triptyk, a new food and beverage collective created by Kuala Lumpur veteran Angel Ji and architect and development consultant Ahmed Zareh.

The name Triptyk refers to a triptych, a three-panel painting, and it is one of the four pre-war shophouses still standing on Jalan Tuba. Two restaurants and a bar make up the venue, which represents the way a place changes as it goes through its various stages of life, death, and rebirth.
